Sean, a native of Paris, has always been passionate about the hospitality industry, a passion deeply rooted in his family's work in the restaurant business. With six years of experience in this field, Sean's journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Vatel in Brussels, Belgium. His hands-on experience spans hotel departments across Europe, including Brussels, London, and Paris, with a focus on food and beverage. Sean furthered his expertise by pursuing a Master's degree in Hospitality Management and Real Estate Investment at ESCP in Madrid. This academic endeavor led him to Boston for an internship at Maverick Hospitality, where he was given an opportunity at a management role at Sam Walker's. His dedication and hard work in that role led him the position of Assistant Operations Manager at Maverick Hospitality. In his current role, Sean assists Shaw Ahern in overseeing the operations across all Maverick locations and collaborates closely on developing new projects for the company. His enthusiasm for the restaurant business is evident in his commitment to ensuring guests have memorable and enjoyable experiences at Maverick's establishments. Sean is driven by a commitment to excellence, innovation, and creating exceptional guest experiences. His mission is to continually elevate the standards of hospitality and make every visit to their restaurants a memorable one.
