Operations Manager
Starting in management at the young age of 19, Kerry found early on that she liked the responsibility of the position and satisfaction in the results of doing the job well. After working in various FOH and management positions at small restaurants, Kerry came onto the Maverick Team as a bartender at Lucy’s. Two years later, when The Bowery Bar opened she was given the opportunity to transfer as the Lead Bartender, where she was steadily promoted to Bar Manager, Assistant General Manager, and finally General Manager. As GM, Kerry added significant administrative value across the restaurants with her technical skills in building out and managing the POS and additional restaurant operation software programs. She brings that same attention to detail to front-of-house operations, where she trains her staff to immediately notice the small things that impacts guest appearance: lights, ambiance, music, and atmosphere. With this natural alignment in approach with Pat, Shawn, and Julian, it was an easy transition into operations and the Maverick Team in 2022 where she oversees both the Bowery Bar and Lucy’s. In 2024, she opened Chubbs as a Partner in her hometown of Dorchester.
