Lucy’s American Tavern opened its doors in August 2016 in the heart of Dorchester’s Adams Village. At Lucy’s, we offer a neighborhood dining experience with exceptional food, drinks, and hospitality, all served in a welcoming and warm environment.

The Bowery Bar opened in July 2018 in Dorchester’s historic Lower Mills. The Bowery Bar’s menu features a modern take on American-fusion cuisine, including shareable bites, seasonal entrees, and brunch classics.
The Bowery boasts a 26-seat bar with 19 rotating draft beers and a backyard patio with a full bar, two lounge areas, and a dining space. During colder months, enjoy a unique experience in one of our private, heated yurts.

In 2019, Maverick Hospitality rebranded Cityside American Tavern, a cherished landmark in Brighton’s Cleveland Circle since 1985. Cityside is committed to offering exceptional food and drinks alongside welcoming hospitality. Our culinary team presents comfort food classics with modern twists, complemented by a dynamic craft beer and cocktail selection.

Sam Walker’s American Tavern opened in December 2021, in Woburn, MA. We offer a menu of approachable, carefully crafted American dishes featuring fresh, homemade flavors, alongside a creative and ever-changing beverage selection. The tavern boasts a classic and cozy ambiance, with high ceilings, three bars, and a generous open-air dining space. As our largest venue, Sam Walker’s is the perfect location for hosting private parties and events.

Chubbs Taco & Tequila Bar, the newest addition of the Maverick Hospitality family, opened its doors in Dorchester’s Adams Village in May 2024. This Baja-inspired neighborhood taqueria offers a unique experience that transports guests south of the border.
